"After a prior accident in 2024, I specifically asked for rental car coverage to be added to my auto policy. I was told it was handled. After a recent accident, I discovered the coverage was never added, leaving me without a rental. I spoke with Chris, who said he would look into it, but I have not received any follow-up. In November 2025, I contacted this office to insure my newly purchased motorcycle and was told coverage was in place and everything was good to go. I was emailed a temporary insurance ID card showing full coverage. In January 2026, I learned the motorcycle was not listed on my active policies. A different State Farm agent attempted to locate the policy using the binder number and could not find it in the system. No premium had been billed. Apparently, the policy was never completed on the backend. Should I had been pulled over or in an accident on my motorcycle, I could have been ticketed or worse, as the policy was not fully in place or discoverable to anyone. I don’t think Chris Frits understands the severity of a motorcyclist unknowingly riding with a policy that is not fully in place and unable to be located. I was later told this was due to a “backend/system error,” and it was corrected. However, throughout this process the customer service was very disappointing. I also now have to pay all months they failed to bill me at once now, which is unpleasant to pay a large sum for a situation I did not cause. I received no apology, no follow-up, and no concern expressed after I informed them I had been in an accident recently. It’s next to impossible to get them to call me back and fix the issues they created. There’s a State Farm agent on every corner, so stay away from this agent. ———— I've been a State Farm customer for 15+ years and never had a hard time getting a hold of someone. I reached out for a motorcycle quote, was forwarded to Caleb, who never emailed me back. Quintette scheduled a call with me to upsell me on insurance I don't need and dodged simple Motorcycle coverage questions. I've also emailed her with no response back. I can't figure out why an insurance firm doesn't want my money? Currently looking for a new State Farm agent because I'm tired of being left in the dust for simple coverage questions and quotes. Update: Chris reached out and left two voicemails, however I was out of town and could not answer. I did respond to him an let him know I was out of town and would be available the following week to speak. I once AGAIN, didn't hear back from him, so I text him again, and he was expecting me to call him and sent borderline rude texts back to me. Very immature and seems like this office doesn't know anything about customer service. Lost my business!"

However, I would like to clarify that we strive to be as accessible as possible, and I appreciate that you and I have been in direct communication over the past few days. This situation was an unintentional oversight, and I assure you there was no intention of making it difficult for you to reach us. Since your meeting with my team on April 2, during which we provided all the information you requested (including the information we failed to reply with the week prior) the only correspondence we received from you was the day prior to the posting of this review where a reply was sent in response hours after your email was received. Please know that your experience is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring better communication moving forward. If there’s anything further, we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. "

"I bought insurance from this agent a couple of months ago, and the experience was frustrating. The billed amount never matched the declaration page, and I had to contact them every month to fix discrepancies. Their answers were inconsistent and only aimed at closing the issue temporarily. I got tired of the unpredictability and switched to another agent hoping for better service."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been with State Farm for years, but switched to a competitor for the last year and a half. I originally met Chris Fritts while he was giving back to our local youth softball organization — it meant a lot to see someone so involved in the community, and I chose his agency for my auto insurance when I moved to Georgia. For five years, Chris’s agency handled my auto policy, but their homeowners quote was never competitive… until now. Nick Woodis, one of the team members, followed up with me like clockwork to ask if he could quote my home insurance. They never could compete so eventually I started say no, assuming nothing changed. Eventually, I even stopped taking the calls. But Nick didn’t give up — always kind, professional, and respectful. This year, he reached out again and asked if he could quote both home and auto. I finally said yes. To my surprise, he was able to save me several hundred dollars on auto and over $2,000 annually on my homeowners policy! Now I get better coverage, significant savings, and the peace of mind that comes from working with a local agent who genuinely cares. Chris and Nick — thank you both.
