"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been with State Farm for years, but switched to a competitor for the last year and a half. I originally met Chris Fritts while he was giving back to our local youth softball organization — it meant a lot to see someone so involved in the community, and I chose his agency for my auto insurance when I moved to Georgia. For five years, Chris’s agency handled my auto policy, but their homeowners quote was never competitive… until now. Nick Woodis, one of the team members, followed up with me like clockwork to ask if he could quote my home insurance. They never could compete so eventually I started say no, assuming nothing changed. Eventually, I even stopped taking the calls. But Nick didn’t give up — always kind, professional, and respectful. This year, he reached out again and asked if he could quote both home and auto. I finally said yes. To my surprise, he was able to save me several hundred dollars on auto and over $2,000 annually on my homeowners policy! "I've been a State Farm customer for 15+ years and never had a hard time getting a hold of someone. I reached out for a motorcycle quote, was forwarded to Caleb, who never emailed me back. Quintette scheduled a call with me to upsell me on insurance I don't need and dodged simple Motorcycle coverage questions. I've also emailed her with no response back. I can't figure out why an insurance firm doesn't want my money? Currently looking for a new State Farm agent because I'm tired of being left in the dust for simple coverage questions and quotes. Update: Chris reached out and left two voicemails, however I was out of town and could not answer. I did respond to him an let him know I was out of town and would be available the following week to speak. I once AGAIN, didn't hear back from him, so I text him again, and he was expecting me to call him and sent borderline rude texts back to me. Very immature and seems like this office doesn't know anything about customer service. Lost my business!"

Since your meeting with my team on April 2, during which we provided all the information you requested (including the information we failed to reply with the week prior) the only correspondence we received from you was the day prior to the posting of this review where a reply was sent in response hours after your email was received. Please know that your experience is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring better communication moving forward. "Hey I’ve working with Whit AND Chris Fritts over the last months since I started my home/auto policy. Both have been responsive and very very helpful, patient and understanding. Whit recently helped me to keep my homeowner policy active when I had a bit of trouble getting a partial premium paid. Whit managed my panic, as I was getting cancellation notices-yikes-and it easily worked out. Whit took my payment over the phone and all is now well in the world. Work with Whit!"

"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kris and his team since March 2021. I’ve been insured with them the entire time. They’re an awesome group. They respond to your phone calls to answer your questions and help you anyway they can. They also send you text notifications if you forget to make a payment. They make sure they call you if you don’t respond or don’t get the message to verify you don’t lose the policy. They always go above and beyond and expand the maximum effort that they can. Kris has an awesome team and is great to work with a highly recommend them."

"IS THIS FRAUD? We were shopping for new insurance on our rental property. We reached out to State Farm as a respectable insurance firm and had received a solicitation in the mail from Chris Fritts. Initially Chris Fritts came back with an approval and a rate that was lower than our current policy, so we accepted and we cancelled our existing policy. A few days later came the OOPS, "Sorry, we can't write that kind of policy or some other lame easily avoidable reason". We had to scramble to get our prior policy back in place, had to pay penalties for reinstatement and a fee to our property manager for handling the reinstatement. And here is the kicker... Chris Fritts and State Farm continue to bill us for the policy they denied. Going on our 3rd month of bills yet they can't seem to find out why and want us to produce the top sheet of the policy that they never actually wrote even though we can show them the billing statements. BUYER BEWARE. AND - they have done another naughty... bait and switch on our new auto policy. How can an auto insurance company make a quote and write a policy without looking at your driving record? We accept their policy, take a digital safe driving course in order reduce the rate. We give them the completion certificat and expect to lock in the discount, but without notice they raise the rates 2 months in a row and not by a little bit. We are both over 60 with paid for cars. We reach out and they say because of a speeding ticket 2 years before. HUH. We can't understand how they don't pull driving records during underwriting and the quote process unless they are trying to lure drivers in with low rates and hoping they don't notice when the rate goes up without notice or option to remedy. I guess we will be letting the Insurance Commission decide."
