ROLE DESCRIPTIONChris Fritts - State Farm Agent is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our agency with back-office and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a college student, as we are flexible with scheduling to accommodate class commitments. You will assist with day-to-day operations that keep the office organized and running smoothly, while gaining valuable professional experience in a supportive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Manage office tasks such as scheduling, scanning, and maintaining records
  • Provide light customer service support by answering phones and directing inquiries
  • Assist agency staff with back-office projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email)
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
This is a part-time role with flexibility for students balancing school and work.
Compensation $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
